The A.R.B. is empowered to publish and modify, from time to time, design and development standards for the Property, including but not limited to the following:

• Roof and roof design
• Fences, walls and similar
• Exterior building materials and colors
• Exterior landscaping
• Signs and graphics, mailboxes, address numbers, exterior lighting
• Building setbacks, side yards and related height, bulk and design criteria
• Pedestrian and bicycle ways, sidewalks and pathways
